- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Return & Exchange Periods
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases made directly via the RideEnV.com website only.

*We only offer returns/replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, not as advertised, or missing components - refunds, store credit, and replacement with an alternative product are not available for these items.
Requirements & Restrictions
The following requirements and restrictions apply to all returns and refunds. Product(s) returned to Ride EnV that do not meet the following criteria will not be accepted and refunds and exchanges will not be processed.
- Free returns are accepted within the US only. US customers may return items in new, unused condition within the correct time period.
- Only returns and refunds submitted through our Online Return Portal will be accepted.
- The time period begins the day you receive your product.
- To determine this date, we will use:
- the date your package was marked as delivered, by the shipping carrier, for deliveries with a tracking number, or
- 7-days after the date your package was shipped from one of our facilities.
- Requests must be initiated via our return portal and packages accepted by the approved carrier, within the defined time-period, to be valid.
- *All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- If your purchase included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free item(s) you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
- All coverages and warranties are voided if the hardware of the product is modified in any way. This includes but is not limited to: replacing the battery, hard drive, or RAM.
- Electronic devices that allow for login or paring, including but not limited to computers, phones, and scooters, must:
- Be un-paired and removed from any account or device;
- Have “Find My Device” turned off;
- All MDM and device management software removed;
- Be logged out of any device account;
- Be unlocked and require no password or security codes to access.
What items are not returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items sold “As Is”
- Custom Orders
- Personalized Orders
- Non-subscription digital content
- Prepaid Cards (including third-party gift cards, prepaid phone cards, and MacAuthority Gift Cards)
- Electric Vehicle Replace Key Fobs
- Memberships
- Completed Services
- Opened consumable items including batteries cleaning agents, cleaners, ink, and 3D printer filaments
- Items outside of the return period
- Items that have been modified, changed, damaged, or altered in any way
- Items that have been used
- Media drives
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be charged for on the following product returns.

*No restocking fee will be charged on items that arrive damaged, defective, not as advertised, or missing components.
The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
Ride EnV can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Product Damage
Ride EnV is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

During the return process you’ll be asked which refund option you’d prefer. Some items have limited refund options.
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
- Replace with the same item
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1 - 3 business days after approval.
Typically, refunds take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card - once they have been issued. Credits applied to your Ride EnV account are typically posted same day but may take up to two business days to appear.
